Description

A cream-colored rounded rectangle floats centered on a soft sage green ground, containing handwritten text that reads "you are worthy / the deeper breath / you are worthy / the softer touch / you are worthy / and still / and still." The composition is spare and meditative, with the intimate scale of the text contrasting gently against the expansive quiet background, creating a sense of intimate reassurance.
